আমার প্রিয় একটা পদ,,যেটা দিয়ে গোটা ভাত সাবার হয়ে যাবে। তবে একটা ছোট্ট কথা, পারলে মাছের কানকো অ্যাভোয়েড করুন,,,,মাছের অধিকাংশ ব্যাকটেরিয়া ও ফানগাস ঘটিত রোগের সূত্রপাতের জায়গা ঐ কানকো,,,আর কমবেশি সব মাছের ই রোগ হয় তাই ভেড়ি ও পুকুরে ঔষুধ ছড়ানো হয়,,,,এছাড়া কানকো মাছের টক্সিন পিউরিফায়ার হিসাবে ও কাজ করে বলে, টক্সিক ও থাকে ওতে,,,,তাই ঐ অংশটা বাদ দিয়ে খাওয়াই ভালো
