I watched a Dr on RU-vid explain many of the important benefits as your video just did, however, he stressed they must be ground to a powder consistency for best absorbance.... ALTHOUGH IVE OFTEN SEEN THE SEEDS USED AS IS...I WOULD APPRECIATE KNOWING IF IT WOULD HELP THEM BE ABSORBED GRINDING THEM INTO A POWDER FOR TO USE IN ALL YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS?🤔
