you guys gotta try the famous Khao Soi noodle dish and the grasshoppers really are kinda good!! Also green papaya salad is amazing!!! The grasshoppers are probably the easiest bug imho. Happy Travels

If you had to try some insects/bugs, try the big WHITE GRUBS. Once deep fried, they tasted like BACON! My Thai friend wanted me to try a bag that had grasshoppers, meal worms, and the grubs. I was a wuss and took a meal worm, first. Once deep fried, meal worms were left just the shell. The grasshoppers, rather boney. The fat white grub was HEAVEN. I swear, it tasted like BACON. I took the bag and went after all the white grubs!!!
