Ciao Enrico, thanks for your comment... Yes I would immagine that producing your own oil and wine wouldn't be bad at all, makes also for a stunning scenery - Stefanie
What a wonderful castle. Beautiful video production with a great overview of the property. Truly a magical location. Stefanie you are a wonderful host as always. Cheers to the entire Lionard team for putting these video together.
Not exactly to my liking, but the drunken dungeons, the moat pool, the panoramic terrace and yes.. that vineyard (oh that vineyard) are definitely the highlights. @Stephanie, it is missing the sea :)
Hi Rakesh true it doesn’t have the sea, but Italy has such different and beautiful sceneries it would be a pity not to share them with the world :) - Stefanie
Great place, a little to big for a family. I could see it being used as a Hotel or Bed & Breakfast. Although if those vines produce Chianti I would buy it just for that, my favorite! Looking stunning as usual Stefanie! When you do these videos do you get to stay in the region for a few days & explore? Ciao Kirk
I hope someone with vision gets to purchase and make the most of what this property has to offer (imagine it as a destination wedding location!). It would also be great if some and/or most of the decor remains, as it is so tonally suited to the feel of the buildings. Very sensitively done. And, finally, another simple yet elegant dress, Stefanie - your own style is always on point. Wishing all the best!
That is a wonderful wish for the property, and I agree that it would be nice that the future owners love the castle as much as the present do :) Thank you so much for the compliment! - Stefanie
An absolutely amazing property. Running three businesses - wine, olives and hospitality - even with two or three managers could be a full time job. Great for those who can't bear to be still and grow old quietly. 😃
Elegant as always Stephanie. I love the dress you wear - I don’t know if it was deliberate, being that you’re in Tuscany in a vineyard property, but your dress looks exactly the same as the “gaja ca' marcanda promis” bottle label which is a Tuscan wine from a well known producer.
Hi Mark hat is music to my ears, I cant wait to see what you think of next week's video! The castle is beautiful and offers every possible service - Stefanie
Wow, to be living in a real working farm in Tuscany that’s also a historic site. The spiral staircase was my favorite price of the house. Also Stephanie, your dress looks beautiful!
Although I prefer seaside villas hanging over the clif..this property is also magnificent. Could become s great Tuscan resort .. Sienna reminds me of the movie letters to Juliet. Stefanie is as always gorgeous and elegant.
Hi Souraj, the property is beautiful and funny you mention that film because while I was driving through the countryside I was thinking that as well! You are kind as always :) - Stefanie
As much as I love those sea side villas this is castle feels refreshing as well. Love the landscape and the vibe this whole property gives. Thank you for beautiful review, can't wait to see more 😄🥂
stefanie with the beauty that God has given her, in this video she wears very beautiful modern clothes, if only she wore old roman society clothes, she would look like mary magdalene harvesting in the vineyard hahahaha
Gorgeous property! For the life of me I’ll NEVER understand painting original wood; beams doorways, built ins! A TRAVESTY! Everyone wants ‘white’ because it’s so ‘clean!’ Basic!!! Although one of my favorite looks is white with one color everywhere. Lol but please, respect for wood and original work done by skilled artisans. Thank you Stephanie🙏🏻❤️
I love it. I would love to see more smaller properties that are just as beautiful. These huge properties are more for a business rather than a private residence.
What is the significance of that pedestal basin that is fenced off from in the sitting room? The video had it completely in frame for only a second. Since it was felt there was a need to fence it off, I am guessing it has some historical significance to the property, yet, whatever that may be was not touched on in the video. This property is absolutely wonderful.
Wow, I didn’t know we were getting a tour from the Princess of the castle herself! The property is so gorgeous it will leave anyone speechless. But it doesn’t hold a candle to the beauty that resides within in. Truly truly gorgeous mi amor.
Enjoyable video as always with presenting the feel and layout of the property. It looks like a great business opportunity with DOCG Chianti growing operation, agroturismo accommodation, olive trees and possibly forestry program. The views are lovely and all the heavy lifting looks to be complete with it being turn-key functional.
Thanks again for a great tour of a real winner. The 360 views, catatina, manicured grounds, olive trees, wine/grapes hmmmm the smells and breeze. The original stone castle with suites, rooms many bathroom rooms and amenities. Loads of values and buildings in this oasis. So private.
Thanks for your comment, privacy is dfinitely a must of this property and the views are breathtaking all over! the internal areas are done to perfection and you can find everything you could ever need - Stefanie
Beautiful chess set at 11:07, I always learn quite a bit with these videos, of course, you never finish learning about Italy, I had to research a little about what Chianti Classico and the Gallo Nero label mean, it is impressive the property, with its vineyard and history, apart from it’s aesthetic beauty.
I am not sure what the problem would be with that... at the end all that really matters is that the person loves and thaks care of the property - Stefanie
My dream home if ever the winning lottery comes in. Just fell in love with this castle beautiful and full of history with olives, vineyards and woodland what more would you want.
In description of the video you guys have the incorrect link to the listing, it shows a different property than the video. I believe the one from the last video is listed instead.
