This beauty is an historical gem. The two kitchens with original fires and sinks are rare survivors of modernisation. My son in law is an archaeologist so I'd be certain to have it fully explored. The castle shows, in its structure, the way it was built for a whole community, not just the steward family. Definitely stewards, not owners, of something this important. Lots of potential there for leasing the place to film productions. A castle of dreams. ❤

Incredible! If I had the money I would turn it into a historic game hotel. With costumes and roles for every guest, entertainment, games, horse riding, arrow shooting, everything you can think of. And balls at night! Lots of music, wine, theatrical performances, fireworks, the whole deal! Small mystery tasks for everyone to uncover during their stay... My brain is exploding with ideas! Damn! What a place! Once in a lifetime opportunity!

Just wonderful. Is there a water source other than the wells, such as piped in from a controlled and purified water plant (and if not, are the wells constant and sustained)? Electricity is public utility? Is the olive grove maintained by the owner or is it leased/lent to an outside business? And of course, what type of price are they asking? Thank you.

I had to watch this two times. The hostess of the show is stunningly beautiful! Amazing property too...such history. Very appealing for an American. Such an amazing historic property with lot of warmth and charm. The views of the Tuscan countryside are breath taking. P.S. is it just me or there are lots of elephant statues around the property?
09: 41 it’s the best part, really, but the dining room is beautiful too. But the tower hall with such an open space with the stairs and adorned with the flags look really transporting. Those dark thick wooden doors are great looking. The fireplaces are imposing and unique, I favor the greyhound one. The inner courtyard with dog and the arches really make you want to be there,. The olive orchard looks well cared for, it adds beauty to the views. There were some drone shots with a focus effect that make the castle looks cute as a miniature,. To make it even more interesting, the archeological dig.

@@Lionard I loved the way it is, it’s beautiful and has a really high ceiling, is there a fireplace in it? I think it must be cool in summer, but if it isn’t cold in winter, it would be a nice library/office, or some sort of living room, with book shelves, the armor can stay, and a chess set is a must, being there you would be conscious to castle.
This property is really good, but far away from any other landmark. But the best one for me is that it has 20 bedrooms which is just too good. Wonderful showcase once again by Stefanie Smith.

The Italian Govt must be very cautious as to how this place is maintained/operated as it is of such historical heritage.23/09/2121

nice, your dress fits to the castle xD Amazing house, want to rebuild something like this in a smaller way but not in italy, so i enjoy your videos alot But you should do 2 videos - small like 10-15 about the house with most important things and long one - where you explain where the dump is, where the water comes from, Electricity isn't important especially about older houses? Iam thankful anyway about the videos - do rich people not care about this? :D
