Can you do a video on how we can style items we already own from the last few autumn/winter that are not really a big trend at the moment, but show us ways how to style them in a fresh, modern way?For example, lug/combat boots. I live in a place with cold and slushy autumns and delicate ballerina flats, sling backs or kitten-heeled boots are a no go!

Great vlog and I do love the Goelia items however not too sure about the return policy, especially as sizing looks on the small size. I don't feel inclined to try out the products and have a hefty bill on taxes, return postage etc If Goelia could sort this out I would be tempted to try quite a few items.

I ordered from this company following another video you had done for the summer. I can’t deny the quality was good. However, I followed your size quite and the items were too big. They accept returns but gosh it was a bit of a hassle and the cost to send back which was to New York cost a fortune. So if you are ordering ensure you are confident on the size and prepared to pay a lot to send back if not. Plus it takes a while for it to go through transit and customs. I think mine took over 8 weeks. They would have to have a returns process for the UK for me to purchase again.

What's the point of buying clothes from a brand that doesn't offer free returns? If the item doesn't fit and you want to return it, they state that customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and tax fees. It's better to find something local.

Fine merino wool does not pill and for this reason I prefer it to cashmere though I do love the feel of cashmere.

There's no reason you can't wear these exact outfits, it's basically what I've been doing since I was a teenager😄 or swap out the shoes for sneakers or the pants for jeans for a slightly "younger" look😊

Anyone know how this company treats their labor and if they practice fair labour laws. The biggest issue with Chinese manufacturers is they use slave labor, forced labor, low wages and child labor.

Is merino wool itchy? I find most wool too itchy to wear.

Merino wool is usually not itchy at all as it is a much finer texture wool than your usual. If you can find it, I would recommend super-fine merino wool; it's spun even finer and has almost a wee silky touch and feel to it. I would go into some higher-end high-street shops (e.g. Cos) and feel the fabrics. This could help you decide. Also, a local thrift store might have some pieces. I hope this helps; good luck!

No not at all! I’ve never had merino that’s itchy. I love it! It’s quite fine and soft, especially the black merino jumper I wore!

Hi Lydia, I bought some items from Goelia, one of the companies you are promoting here. I think you need to be careful as their returns policy is a NIGHTMARE and costs customers from the U.K. around £30 to return an item as their warehouse is in New York! Their returns policy is really painful and, after purchasing, I have read so many similar reports. I wish I’d looked at them first! 😫 Please make your followers aware that they are likely to incur costs that will add 50% on their purchase if they want to return. Feeling like I’ve proper had my pants pulled down here.. 😏 Viewers beware!

Exactly!!! She is so unoriginal and dresses like an old business lady before her retirement and we all know she doesn‘t go to work and her job is blabbering empty words the entire day and to push women to spend their money and you cannot get rid of her, she is in my recommendation all the time, so annoying!!!!

I will NEVER shop at Goelia again. For the amount of money I spent, to have it delivered in a package that looked like it cam from an eBay seller from 2001, is absolutely disgusting. They have a warehouse in the UK, Cannock to be precise, there is no effing reason why it couldn't have been at least boxed up.
