Nope. Even though i know this is a light-hearted joke, i'll just give some history on the name (for anyone wondering). These dudes being covered likely have no connection to the name of the gang itself because they were born like 3 or 4 decades after that name was given to the gang. The Mickey Cobras are one of the oldest gangs in Chicago along with the Vice Lords, Black P Stones, Gangster Disciples, Black Disciples etc. Their first name i believe was the Egyptian Cobras back in the 1940s. They used to get into it with the Vice Lords a lot back then (VLs were known as the 16th St Clovers in the 1940s). By the 1950s, the Vice Lords started absorbing the gangs on the West side of Chicago. To avoid being absorbed by them, the Egyptian Cobras moved to the South side. They ended up being absorbed anyways by the Black P Stone Nation. They then became the Cobra Stones. The Cobra Stones leader at the time was Mickey Cogwell. Although the Cobra Stones (and other gangs) were absorbed into the Black P Stone Nation, the original founders/leaders of each gang still retained leadership. These leaders were called the Black P Stone Nation's main 21 (or rather 20, because how the story goes is Larry Hoover [founder/leader of Gangster Disciples] was supposed to be the 21st, but decided against it). Eventually Mickey Cogwell ended up getting murdered. It was rumored that it might have been the mob (Mickey was rumored to have mob ties) or that Jeff Fort (co-founder of the Black P Stone Nation) had ordered a hit on him. So in Mickey Cogwell's honor, the Cobra Stones split away from the Black P Stone Nation and became the Mickey Cobras. That's where the name comes from.

The north side is everything north of downtown, the west side is everything west of downtown, and the south side is everything south of downtown. East of downtown is the lake. Growing up in Chicago during the 90s and 2000s, this stuff just seems so weird to me seeing how the gangs just devolved into what they are now. These gangs had organization and laws similar to the mob at one point. Now they're backdooring each other and their allies.
