Cicero Avenue, also known as Skokie Boulevard in Skokie and Wilmette, is a major north-south street in Chicago and its suburbs in Cook and Will Counties. Cicero Avenue is located 6 miles west of State Street.
The city needs to do something like building express lanes and local lanes with a median or double decker style. Fewer red lights for the express lanes and keep the traffic lights for the local lanes, build some pedestrian bridges also. Trying to split through all those lanes of cars to get from one side of Cicero to the other from the residential streets is always stressful
