Nice places if you don't have vertigo and like a lot of marble - but the price of rent for several months there would pay off the mortgage on my view-less condo! Amazing how some people live.

The views on the first unit are AMAZING - that rooftop hot tub!? But I actually love the finishes on the third unit best (especially the master bed/closet).

im not going to lie to you, chicago has some insanely beautiful places but we are crossing a threshold, economically, where spending 13k on, what is essentially an apartment, is wildly wasteful.

Flexibly. Plus the taxes and HOA fees for comparable units in condo buildings can be upwards of $5,000 per month.

Whoever was recordin is so bogus they was mainly recording u & NOT THE VIEWS like 🤦🏽‍♀️ pls I wanted to see the toilet area, full view of the balcony, built in under-counter microwave, stair case & so many more gems they failed to give us detailed, clear views of😐

Sad that Chicago is so terrible compared to NYC, I think id rather have a penthouse in Downtown Phoenix. The views in Chicago are well… there is none.
