He was wearing a jacket that wasn't Chicago police department issue and the first cops that responded didn't know he was a cop and the second one from a year ago laid dying because the Chicago police department didn't respond to a shot spotter in Englewood for an hour and she died because the cpd didn't show up for an hour

Oh man it’s everywhere if you have a few dollars to spare get the citizen app and look at what goes on in Chicago on a daily basis there is a lot of crime that goes unreported and not on the news but that app will show everything that people report.
