I am not Porto Rican , but do a search , you will see lots of festivals * Ponceno Carnaval in February or March * fiestas Patronales, whole year long in different cities * San Sebastian Street Festival in January

Puerto Rico is part of the USA..anybody living here can go back to where they originally from..at least Latinos can say they been here longer than you..
