Just thought I would let you know what I found out on a video of a rail yard about six hours ago, and it starts out with an overprint in large red letters stating that anyone flying a drone over a rail yard is a Violation of Homeland Security and the person that made the video said he found out the hard way! I work in an auto plant, and because our vehicles that we produce are also sold in other countries and overseas which makes the plant a Federal Foreign Trade Zone of which all corresponding Federal Laws apply on their property. Just letting you know, don't want to see anybody in trouble and end up spending a bunch of money to get out of trouble. And while on this subject even though this is not about trains, a few individuals were arrested last year flying drones during the Chicago Air And Water Show. The FAA declared an area a certain size by a certain size across a big chunk of the city and the lake. If you were caught flying a drone in that area during the specified times you were Violating Federal Law. So you didn't even have to be flying one down by the lakefront. If you were back in the city a ways, but still in the specified area at the wrong time and were flying it in your own back yard or at a park that if caught you would be arrested and according to WBBM possibly fined heavily and have Federal Charges on you record. So Now You Know What I Heard/Know!

That's a really poor and inaccurate title for an otherwise cool video. Title should read, "BNSF Logistics Park - Elwood, IL" I mean... this isn't even in Chicago, let alone Cook County. By the way, this is the largest inland port of entry into the United States and a designated Foreign Trade Zone and for that reason, it is heavily guarded.

This is NOT a big railroad yard. It is VERY small compared to many other railyards!

You probably want to mention somewhere that flying a drone over rail yards is against federal law. I figure someone who does so much drone work should know such a thing.
