We were all in the Service.( White and Mexican and we are still Friends to this day). Marines and Navy stationed at Camp Pendleton and Long Beach. We did all of our cruising in the City of The Angels. Hollywood, Sunset, Santa Monica and Van Nuys Boulevards. We did however visit around four Low rider shows at The Chicano Park. These are some of the best low rider shows on the West Coast. Not only for the cars, but also the Gente, the food and the music. And we enjoyed the shows in Los Angeles , Inland Empire and San Jose. I just want to say to the organizers of these shows, you all did a very fine and outstanding job. Keep up the good work. I will be in Los Angeles some time this fall and I plan to catch at least one L A show and bikini contest and one Chicano Park show. In the mean time I want to say hello to all the Gente I cruised with. I hope you guys and gals are OK and doing fine. I still love and miss all of you. R.I.P. to Jesse Valadez and Joe Abeyta. Keep them car shows going. I plan to be in Los Angeles some time around October. And I hope to catch a good car show and maybe a bikini contest around L A and hopefully Chicano Park San Diego. Well, take care. And God bless.
