Little tip for you Nicko! I noticed that your breading is falling off the chicken - I've had the same issue. Try dusting your chicken in the flower mixture before dredging it in your egg/milk. Works like a charm to adhere the breading to the chicken.

Sorry you forgot the pickle juice in the brine. When they used all of the pickles they had a lot of pickle juice left over in the buckets so they started using the left over pickle juice in the brine. It gives it a special flavor.

i enjoyed this recipe but heres a tip instead using water use egg with some lemon juice and some vinegar and garlic and the rest of the flavors and floar the meat then put it in mixture then coat it with bread crimps and they are ready to go into the pan.
