I've always loved dill with chicken, and it's not something most people actually do. When I roast a chicken, I love to slather it in butter mixed with fresh chopped dill. Delicious! I also do this great summery chicken salad where I will mix some cream cheese with the juice and the zest of one lemon, plenty of fresh chopped dill, and then I add finely cubed persian cucumber and rotisserie chicken meat. Delicious in a sandwich, or served over some salad.

I always use "Auntie Nono's Everything Seasoning" - which I learned on You Tube on "Mandy in the Making" videos. Great seasoning for pretty much everything. You can get this on Amazon.

For chicken I like the spices you used plus a little bit of turmeric. With you dish I also like some halved grape tomato and julienned baby spinach.

Looks great My go to seasoning mix - 1 tablespoon each of tumeric, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, oregano, salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Easy Peezy and delicious

Absolutely. But I wouldn’t call them lazy, my recipes are efficient. I’m a parent so I have no time for messing around- need to put tasty and healthy meal on the table fast.
