1/2 Package Lasagna Pasta
400 gr Canned Tomatoes (400 gr)
1 cup Red Wine
3 and 1/2 Celery in Branch
1 large carrot
3 Green onions
1 Tomato
1 small red pepper
1 Garlic
2 small onions
250 gr Mozarella cheese
40 gr Parmesan cheese
Pepper
Garlic powder
BEchamel:
600 ml milk (2 cups +1/4)
50 g of butter
50 g of wheat flour
(equivalent to 5 and 1/2 tablespoons
normal (home Tablespoons))
Nutmeg
Salt
