Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."
Last year, I took shrooms at Las Vegas thinking it was going to hit like an edible or something. Shit was scary at first but amazing once you start getting deeper into your thoughts
We love all sorts of mushrooms. I think for this style of recipe I would use shimeji mushrooms and serve steamed asparagus on the side to round it out. As for cleaning the mushrooms I usually give them a quick rinse to get rid of the loose dirt. The crimini mushrooms we get in the supermarket have to be scrubbed to remove the dirt. On the other hand the mushrooms I get from our local Asian market require little cleaning. Thanks for taking the time to share this dish with us.😺
Nice dish Ling as I made similar. I've added onions cuz I love to saute them as it makes the food extra delicious. My mother in law has health issues so doctors recommend a lot of vegetables especially greens. The only meat product she should eat is chicken. Must avoid beef and pork. With my 7 plus years of experience cooking Chinese, I think I got this.
Another great recipe link I know it's been awhile but you're always on my radar I thank you for the wonderful meal and the wonderful way and easy way you present it always thankful and grateful for you
Look so delicious I can't wait to try this. Never cooked mushrooms without oil or water but I am sure it will be interesting, if it gives the mushroom more flavor I think that will be the norm going forward. Thank you!
I made this tonight because it was quick and easy, but I was surprised how delicious it came out. I added shaoxing wine but other than that just followed the recipe as is
Looks SO good, Ling! Have you ever used the Black Chinese Fungus instead or along with the Baby Bella mushrooms, Ling? Love Black Chinese Fungus. I have all the ingredients, however will make it tomorrow. Already have other plans for dinner tonight.
Do you like your wok I see reviews on Amazon that is not really that good of a product I did buy two of them last year I’m starting to use my small one on induction cooktop I hope it doesn’t come apart on the bottom but do you think
14" Green Earth Wok by Ozeri, with Smooth Ceramic Non-Stick Coating (100% PTFE and PFOA Free) a.co/d/j1wAcBn I have to say that non-stick pan doesn’t last long and it gets sticky 😆
