Chicken Bafat Curry // Mangalorean Chicken curry // Instant Chicken curry 

Bafat masala is used in many dishes in Mangalore,Karnataka. Its a go-to masala in many Mangalorean households.
I use it often to make instant curries that dont need marination and its my "Curry in a Hurry"
Ingredients
Chicken-500gms
Onion- 1 nos. finely chopped
Tomatoes- 2 nos. finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Bafat masala- 2tbsp
Potatoes- 2 nos. Cut in big pieces
Salt as per taste
