Chicken bao bun
Ingredients:
For the bun :
Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Lukewarm water - 1/2 cup
Vegetable/olive oil - 2 tbsp
For the filling :
Boneless chicken (cubes) - 250 grams
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Flour - 4 tbsp
Celery Salt (optional) - 1/2 tsp
Butter chicken masala (optional) - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Sliced onion
Sesame seeds
Mayonnaise
Coriander leaves
