Bao bun is a delicious Chinese bread. This buns are used in many types of dishes. It’s soft and fluffy texture makes the bun delicious and it’s a famous delicacy in north china.
Today I’m sharing the perfect recipe to make this yummy bao buns with crispy fried chicken.
Ingredients for bun dough:
1.5 cups of plain flour
1 Tbsp instant yeast
1 Tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cups of warm water
Ingredients for crispy fried chicken:
250 gm chicken pieces
1.5 tsp light soya sauce
2 tsp BBQ sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1.5 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
Oil to fry
