Chicken Bread Recipe | Chicken Buns Recipe
Dissolve
1½ tbsp yeast in half cup water (room temp)
1½ tbsp sugar
keep it aside, let it rise.
in a mixing bowl add
2 cups all purpose flour
1½ tbsp oil
half egg (keep half saved for later use)
½ tsp salt
add the yeast mixture.
mix and knead the dough with normal luke warm water
drizzle oil and cover the dough, let it rise for 1 hour.
keep it at a warm place
Filling:
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp all purpose flour
mix and cook till you smell a good aroma
Add 1 cup milk
keep mixing to avoid lumps
Add a mix of
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
half capsicum chopped
cook for a minute
1½ cup boiled shredded chicken
mix, DONOT DRY
season with salt and black pepper
follow the filling process in video.
Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
Stove Baking: medium flame 15 minutes preheating time
Give the egg wash (use remaining egg)
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Freshly chopped coriander
Stove Baking: medium high flame, check after 30 minutes
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the bread is done.
