NO YEAST BREAD
Dough making:
1 cup milk ( room temp)
Half tsp sugar
1/4 cup oil
mix, Let the sugar dissolve
3 cups all purpose flour
Half tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Knead it, with the milk mixture, let it rest for 15-20 minutes
Chicken filling:
In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil
1 medium size onion sliced, 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
Salute for a minute
Chicken breast 1 julliene cut.
Capsicum 1 sliced.
Season with:
Salt half tsp
Red chilli falkes & powder half tsp
Black pepper powder half tsp
Paprika powder half tsp
Cumin powder half tsp
Mix herbs/ oregano optional
Add 2 tbsp cream, mix and turn off the flame.
Preheat at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Knead for 2 minutes and then divide it into as many parts as you like. ( Give any shape, buns, rolls, long buns, pides)
Fill them up, add cheese (optional), top with your favourites, give milk or egg wash.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes turn on the upper grill for 7 minutes to give colour.
