It is a lot better if the one filming doesn’t talk, if ever it shld be very minimal or not at all. It is very distracting, esp. if she is always telling him to do this and that. Mr Pascuale shld be heard. More success!
The recipe is good but the woman’s voice in the background is a turn off. I’m sorry but this should be purely Italian. Not being mean just NOT a good combo.
I would not dip the meat in flour. Fried flour is quite unhealthy. And I would reduce the frying time and let the chicken broil more in the sauce. Too much frying.
@JD D this nice lady is his beautiful and kind wife. She is filming these for his live feed on Facebook. People ask questions, you can’t see them here, but that is what’s happening. This was originally filmed during quarantine time, May 18th. His son Jeremy films and edits some of his professional videos but Pasquale and his wife are in quarantine.
