I tried my first one. It was pretty easy to make. I added brandy and used tomato juice. I also cooked the mushrooms and tomato separately. It was a little bland because I didn't have thyme, so I added an additional chicken cube thingy. Wife said it was good but declined "seconds". LOL! I think will try the above recipe next time. In closing, I think what I created would have gone very well on top of pasta. (Oh, yes, I floured the chicken breast before frying.) Thanks for the vid and good luck with your channel.
