Chicken Cheese Pie :
Red Sauce 100gm to 150gm
Chicken Cubes 250gm
Cheese 100gm
Black Olives as required
Chopped Mushrooms as required
Herb as required
Garlic Powder as required
Puff Pastry 500gm
Method:
Roll the puff pastry and place it in mould , now make a layer of red sauce , then add chicken cut in cubes, cheese, black olives, mushrooms and herbs, now give it the shape of pie and bake on 170 degree oven , lastly dust with garlic powder and serve .
Candy cup cake :
Ingredients
Milky Chocolate Chunks as required
Flour 300gm
Egg 3
Sugar 100gm
Brown Sugar 70gm
Oil 100gm
Milk 30gm
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Yogurt 50gm
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar with hand beater and add brown sugar.now add milk,oil and yogurt, now add all the dry ingrdeinets and pour this in a mould and bake on 180 degree oven for 20 to 25 min and serve .
Lemon meringue cake:
Ingredients for sponge:
Icing sugar 170gm
Flour 175gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Salt 2 pinch
Poppy seeds 75gm
Cardamom powder ½ pinch
Egg 2
Yogurt 70gm
Vanilla essence few drops
Oil 100gm
Lemon zest as required
Warm water 75gm
Ingredients for laying:
Butter 100gm
Sugar 100gm
egg yolk 100gm
Ingredients for meringue:
egg white 100gm
sugar 200gm
Vinegar 3 to 4 drops
Method
To make a sponge mix the eggs with yogurt , oil , warm water and icing sugar , now add the remaining dry ingredients , now add lemon essence , put the batter in a mould and bake on 180 deg oven for 20 to 25 min , for layering in a sauce pan add butter, sugar and egg yolk cook on medium flame and melt it , for meringue mix and beat the ingredients , lastly add the lemon curd on cake and pour the meringue and serve .
