Chicken Cheese Bread :
Ingredients
Flour 250gm
Icing Sugar 13gm
Salt 4gm
Egg 1
Milk Powder 10gm
Oil 25ml
Yeast 10gm
Water 100ml
Spiced up chicken 200gm
Direction:
In the water add egg and oil. Mix well. Then add other ingredients. Mix well and prepare dough. Leave it for proof for about 10-15 minutes. Now add cheese and prepared chicken. Bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 22 minutes. Serve hot.
Red Velvet Cheesecake :
Ingredients
Sugar 150gm
Oil 150ml
Eggs 2
Flour 150gm
Beetroot 80gm
Red Color 23ml
Milk 38ml
Yogurt 38ml
Condensed milk 15ml
Salt pinch
Vanilla essence 1 drops
Baking Powder 1tsp
Baking Soda 1tsp
Cocoa powder 1tsp
Cream Cheese
Ingredients for Filling and topping
Whippy whip cream 300ml
Condensed milk 120ml
Cream Cheese 17gm
Lemon Juice 17ml
Gelatin 10gm
Egg yolk 2
Milk 200 ml
Method
Mix well sugar oil and eggs in a bowl , then add milk, yogurt , condensed milk and mix well .add the beetroot and remaining ingredients and pour this in 7x7 mould bake on 150 deg for 25 min .
Method for filling
Heat milk add egg yolk and cook then remove from stove , now add cream cheese, condensed milk , lemon juice and dissolved gelatin , when it become cool add the whipped cream , now make a first laying of red velvet in a mould ,now add this mixture of milk and egg yolk to mould then on top of velvet and serve.
