Now when we say Ramadan the very first snack what pops up in our mind is Samosa.. Isn’t it.??? At least for me it’s like that and now as I have already posted the 3 kinds of best samosa recipe last year during Ramadan, this time I had to make something different and unique than the normal samosa recipes.
And this Chicken chili samosa would surely be a unique one as chicken chili samosa is normally not found or made everywhere. They are just perfect for your Iftar or just a normal day evening snack which would surely be a kids favorite including adults too would love this.

Ingredients to boil the chicken:
500gms Chicken breast
1tsp ginger & garlic paste / chopp.
1 green chili
1tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2tsp soy sauce
1/2 cube Chicken stock
1/4tsp Turmeric pwdr
Salt
Ingredients for Chilli:
Cooked Chicken
Onion - 5 large
Ginger chopped - 1tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1tbsp
Green chili - 3 ( as per ur taste )
Capsicum - 1 small of each color / 2 green
Tomato ketchup - 4tbsp
Dark Soy sauce - 1tbsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp
Chili sauce - 1tbsp
Oil - 3tbsp
Salt - lil
Red color - pinch ( optional )
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Samosa:
Chicken Chili filling
Samosa sheets
Egg white
Oil for deep frying
Notes:
- Do not add water while boiling the chicken as it would release its own.
- Make sure the chili stuffing is dry enough to use it as a filling.
- Make very very small bite size cubes as big chunks wouldn’t be suitable to be used as stuffing.
- Add more or less green chili according to your spice level.
- Do not overfill the stuffing while making samosas.
