Ingredients :
Black Chana / chickpeas - 1 cup ( Before soaking )
Salt
Red Chilli powder - 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1tsp ( fresh )
Onion - 1 small
Tomato - 1 small
cucumber - 1/2 cup chopp.
coriander leaves
lime juice - 1-2tbsp
1 green Chilli - optional
chaat masala - 1tsp
black salt - as required
Notes:
- Lime can be added more or less according to your choice.
- Cucumber is an optional ingredient, but added considering it’s nutritional value. Also helps in weight loss.
- You can also substitute black Chana with Kabuli / White chickpeas. But do not ignore that black chana has much more nutritional value than white ones.
- Add lime and salt jus before serving not in advance.
