This is one of my fave meals of all time. My noodles are from my local Chinese restaurant and they're called Harmoon Mei Fun. Thin rice noodles dry fried with sesame seeds, green onion, Char Siu pork and lots of garlic. I could eat that alone but it goes beautifully with the s+s pork. I am in the land that does not exist, Australia and our Chinese is a little different to you guys in the USA,

Yes! Baking soda tenderizes Meats. Excellent for steak pork and chicken. Baking Soda is salty tasting so i risen it off good then pat dry. Then butter it and add seasonings
