Chicken chow mien cooking instructions:
Noodles: Mix 5 eggs with 1/2kg flour and make hard dough, let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 2 portions and make sheets by rolling and cut into noodles as shown in video. Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Chowmien: Marinate chicken-
150gms of chicken
1 egg white
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/2tsp sugar
1tsp corn flour
mix all and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Make Chowmien-
1 capsicum julienne
1 carrot julienne
1 onion julienne
some cabbage julienne
1.5tbs oyster sauce
2tsp dark soy sauce
1.5tsp soy sauce
1tbs thai red chilli
2tbs oil
1/2tbs garlic chopped
fried chicken
some water
3tbs ketchup
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp chicken powder
1/4 portion of noodles from total dough
