In 2010, my dad opened a restaurant in Abbottabad. His chef was from gilgit. He taught my dad this recipe and from him i learned. We also have noodle machine. One thing..... chowmin made by these noodles are soooooo dilicious. No brand match this recipe.

Now I learnt the difference between our homemade chowmein and restaurant chowmein. We use spaghetti, that's why we never have the real chowmein texture. thanks for this recipe

@@ChefKabir Very nice recipe chef.......BUT.......artificial colours are NOT healthy and must be avoided.as they can cause cancer.....eggs naturally give a good pale yellow colour.....but for people who like things damadam mast kalander a pinch of turmeric would be wayyyyyyyyyyyy healthier

Iv had chow mein just few days before and i missed eating themmm.. Iwas craving for chow mein again.... And to make them at home i tried alot to find those noodles used in their recipes which were egg noodles but i couldn't find them.. @@ChefKabir Chinese NEVER put dyes in noodle dough as the yellow colour is supposed to naturally come from the eggs and is not even necessary.......dyes are chemicals that could potentially cause cancer
