Не увидел специй для куриных ножек. Одна мука м яйца. Изначально замариновать было бы не плохо в остром соусе или как минимум обтереть перцем, солью и по вкусу приправой ну или это всë добавить в муку, потом макать в яйцо и в хлебные сухари и на жарку. 😉видимо это дело вкуса. Я бы научил готовить по Русски.
