Ingredients:
Chicken (whole) - 1 kg
Curd - 1/2 cup
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Bayleaf - 1 no
Cloves - 4 no
Peppercorns - 5 nos
Onion Chopped - 1 cup
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1no
Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Fenugreek Leaves (methi) Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Black Cardamom - 1 no
Cardamom - 4 no
Cinnamon - 1 no
Turmeric - 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato chopped - 1 cup
Coriander - handful

I tried dis recipe today n it was d first time I cooked any non vegetarian dish.. I skipped d last step i.e. grinding d masala as by d time d bhunai as u say ,got over, all masala had beautifully been laced around d pieces... It was delicious. Everyone thoroughly njoyee it. I am surely coming back for more chicken recipes 😊 eat up! live it up!!!

Have bn trying his recipes of late and they come out amazing ly well..The best part is the masalas are not in excess as in other recipes on the net and the basic ingredient retains its taste.. As a doctor, I strongly recommend Kunal s recipes... Yummy, healthy n delicious,,👍

Hello. When did you put the water in ? On the written recipe in the link. On step 5 it says add 3 cups of water. But I didn’t see kunal sir adding 3 cups of water. Please help.

The real sign of food made by a true chef is no sign of oil in the gravy, as the oil blends too well to be noticed in the gravy. That's why I trust the gravies made by you chef kunal.
