INGREDIENTS
• Chicken
• Potatoes (optional)
• Onion paste
• Tomato purée
• Chilli powder
• Garam masala
• Chicken masala
• Coriander powder
• Ginger garlic paste
• Cooking oil
• Salt to taste
METHOD TO COOK
• Fry the potatoes till they are golden brown or for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Even if they are half cooked that’s all right because we are gonna cook them again with the chicken later on.
• Start with sautéing the onion paste first then add ginger garlic paste followed by the masala’s, add salt to taste. Fry them till they are well blended together. Then add the tomato purée and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add about 400-500ml of water then add the chicken and let it simmer for 10 minutes or so finally add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Garnish with any herbs of your choice. Your chicken curry is now ready to eat.
