CHICKEN DAHIWALA - SAVE THE RECIPE
.
There are times when we don't really want too much masala and yet want it to be a burst of flavors.
.
So, hamare dosto yeh recipe bilkul aap ke liye
.
Just a few spices and the chicken soaked in dahi and later finished with dahi topped with green chillies and nimbu ke tukde.
.
And pls don't skip the nimbu cuz once u make it you will know why.
.
PRO-TIP : Let the chicken marinate overnight or at least 8-10 hours.
DAHI FOR TOPPING (drizzling)
Ingredients for Chicken marination
5 - Chicken Legs
1 tbsp - Zeera powder
Salt
2 tbsp Dahi
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chillies Paste
1 tbsp oil
marinade for 8-10 hours in the fridge
Dahi topping or drizzle mix
500gms Dahi
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp Zeera powder
3/4th tbsp Pepper powder
salt
1/4 tbsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
Oil for frying
And a few chopped chillies and lemon pieces
