Kabita's Kitchen actually mein brahmin hu.. kabhi chicken ko dekha bhi nahi .. par love marage kiya aur chicken sikhne lagi.. aur sabse hard biryani banana lagta tha.mabhi mujhe to biryani banana kuch nahi lagta... mere ghar me sabko biryani bahot pasand hai... par pehele bahot tension aata tha... pura din jata tha.. par abhi maximum 3 ghante me tayar... mein to raat ko hi chicken marinate karke rakhti hoo.... subaha uthke sirf pyaaj kato, talo. Rice banao layer do... dopahar ke khane ke liye biryani tayar.... fir dopahr raat dusre din ko lunch tak hum biryani khate he. Abhi to mere husband friends ko leke ate he khaas biryani khane ke liye....mam sab aapke vajaha se..... thank u soooooooooooo much..... agar aap mujhe mile naa aapko tight hug karne vaali hu.
