Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time I bring you Chicken Fajitas. Chicken grilled in the Pit Boss Lexington 500 Onyx. Onions, bell peppers & fried Mexican rice on the 22" Blackstone. Everything came out perfect!
Not in video: Rice was cooked in the early morning. The ratio of liquids for cooking the rice was 75% water and 25% tomato sauce. 1TSP of Knorr's Chicken Bullion powder. 1 TSP garlic powder. 2 Cups of rice measure with the provided cup for the Tiger rice cooker. Spread the rice out on a baking sheet. Refrigerated rice for about 8 hours to remove moisture from the rice. Broke the rice up with my fingers before it hit the Blackstone.
