Chicken Francese 

In this video I show you just how easy it is to make Chicken Francese (or Francaise for the French.) Also delicious with shrimp or veal.
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken cutlets
1/2 lb butter
1 cup good dry white wine, any style, one you would drink
3 lemons (2 for sauce, 1/2-1 for garnish)
Flour for coating the chicken
3 eggs for coating the chicken
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
Parsley
