Chicken Fresh Cream Bites.

For this recipe you will need:
500g chicken fillets cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic paste
salt to taste
green chilli paste to taste
1/2 cup fresh cream
Additional ingredients:
breadcrumbs
tooth picks or mini skewers
oil for frying
Notes:
For Freezing: Once coated in crumbs, place on a tray lined with grease proof paper and freeze until hard.
Store in an airtight container.
Defrost fully before frying.
