Thanks for making and sharing this video. How very sweet and thoughtful of you to make this for your wife. I'm going to make this for my husband and son only they love dark meat so I'll use legs and thighs and that will make it even better since they are on the bone and bones always add more flavor. I watched 3 videos before this one of chefs making this dish and IMO yours looks and sounds so much better then the ones they made.

Chicken fricassee isn't Cajun! Nor is it a melting pot of different cultures. It's pretty much known as a French traditional dish afaik. Apart from that misinformation, what you made looked pretty delicious - be it traditional or not.
