Chicken gimbap (Dakgogi-gimbap: 닭고기김밥) 

My daughter and I make your tuna gimbap almost every weekend. I prep everything she rolls cuts and presents it beautifully. She's sixteen and loves cooking. I think this weekend we'll try this instead!

I'm a German Russian American, and because your videos introduced gimbap to our household, my kiddo is now very excited when I make gimbap for her school lunches. And I'm sure someday her kiddos will be very excited when she does the same for them. And then someday when I'm too old to roll my own gimbap, I will be very excited when someone makes this delicious treat for me 🥰 Good food is like good music. It's appreciation is universal. Thank you for another delicious recipe. I didn’t have any Danmuji, so I soaked some daikon radish in soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar for and hour. It was my quick pickled radish. I made a variation of this for my dinner last night and for lunch today and tomorrow (I live alone). I added a little carrot, cucumber, and lightly cooked shitaki mushroom. I don't know if it was authentic, but it was delicious!
