Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken gizzards
1 large onion
1 fresh tomato
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
to taste Salt
4 cardamom
4 cloves
2 medium cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp oil
Cooking Instructions

Wash the gizzards and cut them into small pieces. Now in a frying pan pour oil. Add all the whole spices. Fry them until you can smell the aroma.

Then add onions. Fry them until they get turns light brown. Now add fresh tomato and other spices. Cook them for 15 to 20mins. Then add gizzards. Cook for 40mins in medium to low flame. The oil will come up once it’s cooked. I have added extra green chillies as well as we love spicy curry.

It can be served with plain rice or paratha.
