SKINOUT CHICKEN 750 GRAMS
PROCESS I.
TAKE 750 GRAMS OF SKINOUT CHICKEN WASH IT. TAKE DESHI CURD 100ML. ONE TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,0.5TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND SOME SALT MIX WITH CHICKEN AMD MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
PROCESS 2.
TAKE GREEN CHILLI 12 NOS,ONE CUP OF CORIANDER LEAVES, ONE CUP OF MINT ,12 NOS CASHEW, 12 NOS CLEANED GARLIC, 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,100ML CURD .PUT IT IN A JAR AND PREPARE A SMOOTH GREEN PASTE.
PROCESS 3.
MIX THE GREEN MASALA WITH MARINATED CHICKEN AND MARINATE AGIN FOR 15 MINUTES.
PROCESS 4.LIT THE GAS .KEEP A KADAI ON STOVE POUR 100ML COOKING OIL AND LET IT COME TO A BOILING POINT. DROP THE MARINATED CHICKEN ON OIL ONE BY ONE.POUR LEFT OVER GREEN MASALA AND ADD WATER. STIR IT .
FINALLY CHECK SALT, ADD 1TSP GARAM MASALA, 1TSP CORIANDER POWDER ,1TSP CUMIN POWDER ,1TSP PEPPER POWDER MIX AND LET IT COOK WITH ALL INGREDIENTS.
FINAL OUT PUT IS READY. SERVE WITH JOY. YOUR EFFORT IS REWARDED.
