Ingredients:
1 ltr of water (4 glasses)
1 medium sized onion
7-8 garlic buds
1 inch piece of ginger
1 piece of cinnamon
½ tsp salt
250grm chicken
2 tbsp oil
½ tbsp garlic
½ tbsp ginger
2 spring onions (white part)
2 tbsp capsicum
2 tbsp beans
¼ cup cabbage
1 small carrot
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
¾ tsp salt
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 egg white
