Chicken in cream sauce with cheese (parmesan, gouda ...)
4 chicken breast chops or thigh chops (according to you)
olive oil
1 mocha teaspoon smoked peppers
2 cloves of garlic
3-4 dried tomatoes in oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
300-400ml whipped cream (whipping cream, at least 30% and more)
3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach (I had a bag / pack of 130g from Bill)
1-2 handfuls of cheese - parmesan or another one you like (I forgot to buy and at home I only had gouda
We bake the meat in the oven at 180°C - 15-20 minutes - classic program
