My mum told me about Jamie before she passed away 15 years ago, she didn't know his name so she used to call him ( the guy who licks his finger). I still watch all of his episodes and cooked most of his recipes.

It's really interesting actually! We make something very similiar as a turkish breakfast dish, similiarily with cheese and cornmeal, called Muhlama or Kuymak. It's amazing when dipping in with fresh bread
