Restaurant style Kadai chicken
Kadai chicken

STEP 1

Ingredients for marination
-----------------
500 g chicken
2 tspginger garlic paste
salt to taste

STEP 2

For kadai masala
--------------------
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp final seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
3 cloves
1small piece of nutmeg
2 pcs cinnamon
2 tsp kasuri methi/ dried Fenugreek leaves

STEP 3
----------------------
For kadai chicken
-----------------------
1 tsp ghee or oil
2 Bay leaves
2 finely chopped onions
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 Peel tand chopped tomatoes
3 Tomato purée
1 cup curd
2 tsp kadai rosted masala { which we have prepared in step 2 }
3 Green chilies chopped
fresh coriander leaves chopped
2 tsp fresh cream
And some capsicum and onion Cut into squares shape
