The yellow dry mix is called "supreme breader" here in the US. Its almost impossible to find in stores. You have to order online or get it through a supplier that restaurants order from. Its what most restaurants use and why their fried food tastes so much better than home made.
There's a lot Fried Chicken Vendors here in the Philippines and the prices is so cheap! You can get at least 5 or 50 more since the price is very cheap, in peso it only cost 10-20 pesos. ❤️

Требовали оплатить счёт пока не сказал, что фото прожарки этой свинины отправлю в САНПИН вместе с адресом их ресторана. Потом ещё долго звонили и предлагали скидки, мне надоело я им ответил "кто мне даст скидку на лечение после вашей кухни? " Больше не звонили😂
What is the slicing of the side do? I have cooked for years but never seen that before. The only thing I can think of is maybe venting so its not so hot when you take a bite.
It’s done to double fry it. Once it cools, it gets put back in for another 4-5 minutes. Outside gets extra crispy and inside fully cooks and oil makes it juicy. Pretty common Korean fried chicken method.
