Smoked Chicken Drumsticks on a Traeger Pellet Grill. Super simple recipe and easy to do with minimal effort and one trip to the grocery store!
Recipe I used
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Olive oil until a paste like consistency
Smoked at 275 to 145 internal then hot sauce/butter baste
Cooked at 400 degrees to 160 baste again
400 degrees until internal 175 or until desired.
