Chicken legs with vegetables in cream sauce

Below are the list of ingredients used in today’s recipe:
Seasoning of the chicken:
1.5kg chicken legs ( 4 pieces)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Butter 1 tablespoon
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 red paprika
Carrots 500g
Potatoes 1kg
Spring onions 1 bunch
Parsley a handful
Double cream 250 (2)
A pinch of salt
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
20g of dry dates( optional)
